Happy June! Hard to believe summer is almost here!
I don’t think I’ve ever posted a TBR list before on my blog. I’m more of a mood reader than anything else, but I’ve been trying to pull together a TBR each month to give myself a little structure. I definitely don’t stick to it all the time though.
For June though I have high hopes of reading all of the books on my TBR! First off, half of them are part of the “But Do They Bang?” readalong of Tessa Dare’s books. Am I ever going to get tired of saying the name of that readalong? No. I have a library book, an ARC and a new release on here as well that I’m feeling confident about as well.
Here’s what’s on my TBR this month:
Fable by Adrienne Young
I picked this up from the Boston Public Library after seeing it all over bookstagram. I’m excited to dive in as I do love high-seas adventures. I haven’t been reading a ton of YA recently, but still dive into it when something sounds good!
My Kind of Earl by Vivienne Lorret and The Wrong Marquess by Vivienne Lorret
I have an ARC of The Wrong Marquess that I need to read by it’s publication date on June 29th, but I realized I never read book two in The Mating Habits of Scoundrels series so I’m hoping to read that before The Wrong Marquess which is book 3. I have read book 1 a while back so looking forward to diving back into this series!
A Lady of Persuasion by Tessa Dare
I’m planing to wrap up my read of the Wanton Dairymaid series as part of the “But Do They Bang?” readalong with A Lady of Persuasion by Tessa Dare. I hope I like this more than Surrender of a Siren as that one was a bit of a struggle for me.
Stud Club series by Tessa Dare
Continuing with the Tessa Dare readalong, I’ll also be tackling her Stud Club series. Besides the Wanton Dairymaid series, this is the only other series of Tessa Dare’s I haven’t read so I’m looking forward to getting an excuse to dive into these!
To Sir, With Love by Lauren Layne
I am a massive Lauren Layne fan – she’s the author I own the most books by and is an autobuy author for me. I love her romances so much and am so excited for her newest one. This comes out at the tail end of June so we’ll see if we manage to actually squeeze it in this month. I do tend to devour her books pretty quickly so I’m optimistic I’ll get it in before July.
