If there is one thing I can count on from Vivienne Lorret, it’s that her books will be fun. How to Steal a Scoundrel’s Heart is no exception. I liked this one – but wow, did it go in a direction I did not expect towards the end. Vivienne Lorret kept me on my toes with what would happen with Leo and Prue’s relationship on their journey towards a happily ever after.

I went into this book without reading the synopsis and had no idea what to expect in terms of the plot. I’m so glad about that as I found this story delightful and unexpected. I had read the first book in the series, Lord Holt Takes a Bride, and while I enjoyed it, it didn’t wow me. With My Kind of Earl, I had a smile on my face the whole time and couldn’t wait to see what happened next.
